Karlyn Elford Bio
Karlyn brings to Ribs and Rumps many years of culinary experience. After starting her career as an apprentice at the age of 14, Karlyn’s cookery experience now stretches from exclusive five star hotels to small boutique Italian restaurants.
Prior to her position as Kitchen Manger at Ribs and Rumps, Karlyn has worked for some of the finest restaurants on the Gold Coast.
Karlyn now co-ordinates a kitchen of nine staff, that deliver over one thousand quality steaks, cooked to perfection to the guests at Ribs and Rumps each week. Her profound lifelong passion for cooking has seen her excel in her position as Kitchen Manager.
Karlyn finds great pleasure in teaching and developing those working under her, and is grooming our junior chefs today to become leaders in the culinary industry.
